The benefits of Zeroshift technology are also valid when applied to hybrid and electric vehicle transmission (EV transmission) applications.

Hybrid vehicle transmissions utilise the electric motor to bridge the torque gap present during synchronisation, this is not possible for all shift scenarios due to limiting factors of the electric motor. Zeroshift caters for these torque gaps that electric motors are unable to fill.
