Former consulting engineer with a strong focus on innovation and patent protection. Bill’s broad skill range includes contract law, project management and industrial marketing. Originally from New Zealand, Bill has also worked and studied in Australia and South Africa. Bill’s former innovations are currently used in pumps, fans, acoustic enclosures, commercial air conditioning systems and F1 cars.

Dennis Brenninkmeijer
Dennis has broad experience in international corporations in addition to experience in the operation and supervision of start up companies. Before moving to the UK, Dennis had extensive corporate experience in Europe and South America. Dennis’s main role is as part of the management team of the major European Venture Capital (investment) firm (Entrepreneurs Fund) that invested in Zeroshift Ltd.

Proprietor of Michael Clark Limited, an accounting and consultancy business with various corporate clients including PLCs. Prior to that Mike was the Group Financial Controller of Jelf Group PLC where he was instrumental in the preparation and successful implementation of their IPO on AIM in November 2004.

Dr Ray Heath
Ray's engineering background is in the control of engines, transmissions and hybrid vehicles having managed multiple international projects during his career in automotive consultancy. At Zeroshift Ltd, Ray heads up the global business development team and is responsible for global marketing and sales in transmission consultancy and licensing.
